What Should I Charge

Consider;
What are your goals How much do you want to earn
How much is all your training and knowledge worth
Imagine if I had a machine that had the power to take away every thing you have learned and gained through the martial arts! How much would you want for this 10,000, 100,000 a 1,000,000 Its hard to put a value of what we have learned, its priceless!
So lets begin! Lets say you wanted to earn a gross income of 10,000 per month. 150 students paying 50 per month would be 7,500 add joining fees, testing fees, retail sales and special events would take you to 10,000 easily.
Would that meet your needs If not then do you need to charge more, enrol more people or increase retail sales or all 3.
Here are some considerations when deciding what to charge
- the biggest school in most areas is the school that charges the most!
- become an educator and role model
- what are your unique selling points
- raise your level of service
- work on your education daily
- focus less on what you charge and more on improving your school
- have confidence in what you offer
- If you are just starting out and are a little uncomfortable regarding your pricing, start a little lower then when you have 15-20 people increase your prices to new people and then do the same at say 30-40, you will soon start to see your confidence grow!
